After presenting the exhibition “The Vienna Model 2” in April 2018 the Bellingham Home Fund profited from a 66 percent decision by local voters to expand the property tax levy which will provide the home Fund with $ 40 million over the next decade. This will allow the construction of more housing for vulnerable residents. The program focuses on affordable housing for seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and working families at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
